We’ve introduced an improved way to contact your surgery via the Dr.iQ Evergreen Life app.

This means you can now order repeat prescriptions with us online via the Evergreen Life app.

Please make sure that you only use the links or QR codes on this page to download the Evergreen Life app if you are registered at Purfleet Care Centre.

Please note: we do not accept telephone requests for repeat medication.

You can also order repeat medication through the NHS app  or you can email us at VCL.Purfleet.medication@nhs.net

How long will this take?

It will take us 2-3 days to process your request, so please request in plenty of time. The pharmacy usually also require a few days to process it after we approve it. You can arrange for a pharmacy to collect your prescription and some pharmacies will deliver to housebound patients.

Other important information

Your doctor will wish to review your treatment periodically. They will ask you to attend surgery when this is necessary.
